1. Authorization/contract
agreement.
By agreeing to this contract, you are engaging Webfetcha Designs
(www.webfetcha.com) as an independent contractor for the specific
project of developing an Internet web site, graphics or modifying
an existing web site. Please be aware that before any work is done,
we will require a 50% deposit of the calculated cost of your project.
The cost of your project will vary, depending on the complexity
of your project. All costs must be agreed upon, before work commences.
2. Hosting
Webfetcha Designs is not a hosting company. We can only recommend
hosting packages to suite your budget. If you wish to change your
current hosting company, please be aware that we charge $50.00 (USD)
for this service.
3. Changes and Additions.
Any changes request by you, after the completion and upload of your
site or graphic may be subject to additional charges. Any additional
work requested will be considered as a separate work order. Webfetcha
Designs is not obligated to make any additions to your site or graphics
unless they arrive before the agreed deadline of the project or
with an acknowledgement of additional charges to be billed to you.
You must submit a new order form when adding additional pages/features
to your web site or graphics. Any further revisions in your web
site may result in additional charges if it requests anything other
than a simple change of contact information or a correction of an
error. Once your logo or graphics is completed you will receive
a copy in the following formats (.jpg, .pct and .bmp). Please note
that .gif, .png and .ico formats are available only upon request.
4. Completion Date.
Webfetcha Designs agrees to work towards completing the project
by the agreed deadline. If for any reason, the project cannot be
completed by the agreed deadline, Webfetcha Designs is obligated
to inform the client within a reasonable time frame of any need
of a time extension on the project. Please be aware that if the
project in not completed by the agreed deadline because Webfetcha
Designs had not received all materials, information or payments
necessary to complete the project, Webfetcha Designs will be at
a "no-fault". In case of a "no-fault", we must be compensated for
the work that we have done on the clients project. Please forward
ALL pertinent information to us within a two (2) week period. If
we have not received ALL information and materials within four (4)
weeks, Webfetcha Designs will suspend the project for an additional
two (2) weeks. During this time, please make ALL attempts to forward
ALL the information or materials needed to complete your project.
If we do not receive ALL the information or materials needed to
complete your project after this six (6) week period, we close your
project. Webfetcha Designs must be compensated for any work that
we have done on your project. If your project has been "closed"
or "cancelled", we will require you (the client) to submit a new
work order sheet, and the total calculated cost of the project,
before we "re-open" or "reinstate" your order. Webfetcha Designs,
will not provide and refunds for any "accounts" or "projects" that
have been "closed" or "cancelled" because the above mentioned reasons
