This is the Privacy Policy of the Webfetcha Designs & Business Services™ website (the “Site”), operated by Webfetcha Designs & Business Services™ LLC (“Webfetcha Designs & Business Services™”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) and our related products and services.

Webfetcha Designs & Business Services™ takes your privacy seriously. It is our priority to protect our clients by treating all information they share with “us” as confidential.

This Privacy Policy is meant to clarify “our” usage of information that you “our clients” or “visitors to our site” share with us, via electronic email forms or signed contracts sent electronically or via US Mail/or any mail postage services (not limited to UPS/FED EX etc.)
“We” do not share, your information with any third party our outside entities or agencies except to compete your order and, unless specifically authorized by you.

Traffic Data and Information.

"We" do utilizes visitor tracking methods visitor data such as IP addresses and browser settings (Collectively 'Visitor Data') to verify our visitors for two reasons.

• Our servers have to recognize our "visitors" to allow access to secure "client only areas"
• Adjust text, image settings and navigation based on browser compatibility

None of this information is shared with any Third Party or outside entity. In addition we employ "site trafficking" methods to keep track of the number of daily, monthly, annual visitors, which helps us to improve the layout, content and make adjustments to the navigational features of our site.

Cookies.

Like most websites, cookies enable us to verify browser compatibility, JavaScript, Flash compatibility to allow you to enjoy the site. We do not store, mine, share or sell any information that is collected. Visitors have the option of "turning off" the cookie access, which may cause the site to prompt you to verify your Flash version, allow some JavaScript (navigation / image gallery), and to gain access to the secure "client area section".

Personal Information.

"We" only receive personal information received from visitors or potential cleints referred to as 'Contact Data' when "you" complete the "contact us" form or when "your" complete a Work order sheet / Design contract (the latter two are only given to potential clients that willingly provide "contact information" allowing us to conduct normal business practices). This information includes your name, business name (if applicable), address (including PO Box and business address), city, state, zip code, phone number and email address, which is used only to provide ways and means for "us" to communicate with our clients. None of this information is shared with any third party / sub contractor business except when required to print/ publish items such as business cards, brochures, magazine ads, magazine covers and layouts, and information that our clients allow to be published on "their" website projects.

Please be advised that these Privacy Policies are not the same on external websites, that we provide links to. If you choose to visit other web sites, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other web sites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies at those web sites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies. 

Lost or Stolen Data.

 "We" utilize the latest in data security measures and encryption, to protect client information to prevent theft of data loss. No personal information is shared with any Third Party /subcontractor without your consent and we will have no liability to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, destruction, or alternation.
